Template Builder – Pages
Create and organize InDesign page files for part or your entire yearbook.
To build page templates:
1. While in HJ Template Builder, select the Pages button.
2. Enter your school ID, book size and pages.
3. Enter the build page range, template type, column specifications, and print options.
4. If desired, click the Template button to customize the template.
This adds items which will appear on every spread. (folio, section, topics. etc.).
5. Enter a custom template name.
6. Click the OK button.
7. Click the Edit button.
8. Customize the template that automatically opens.
9. Close the template and save the changes.
10. Click the Pages button.
Pages will build in the 1-Working Pages folder.
HJ Swatches are first set in the Color Swatches Yearbook Tool.
HJ Style Sheet is used with HJ Planner.
Caution: If you are rebuilding pages, you will be alerted that existing files may be overwritten with the new files. Click NO to cancel.
