Searching the Name List
Search for names using any header in the Name List or search for several items at once.
To find a name or names in the Name List:
1. From the Name List click the Search button 
or use Find from the menu bar.
2. Under the appropriate header, type your search criteria.
3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
4. The name list will be limited to the searched criteria.
5. To see the entire Name List again, click the Show All button
