Printing Directory Proofs
HJ Quick Panel allows you to print the Directory Proofs for your images and IDs instead of sending your CD to the plant and waiting for proofs to come back to you.
To generate Directory Proofs:
1. From the Home screen, click the Print Directory Proof button 
.
2. Mark the sections to be printed.
3. Click the printer icon.
4. Select the paper size.
To view the Directory Proofs on the screen:
a. Click the book icon to navigate through the pages; or
b. Drag the slider to change pages; or
c. Enter the desired page number in the Page field.
To print the Directory Proofs:
d. Click the Printer icon.
e. Click the OK button.
5. Review the proofs and return to the Name List to make corrections.
