Creating an Edited PSPA File
You only need to send a PSPA file to Herff Jones if
- You corrected photo information in HJ Quick Panel AND
- You did NOT flow your images directly into the InDesign layouts (you want the plant to flow the portraits).
To create a new, edited PSPA CD:
1. From the Home screen, click Create PSPA CD button 
.
2. Click Next after reading the information.
3. Click Continue.
4. Click Next when this is done.
5. Click OK when prompted that the folder has been created.
6. Compress this folder and upload through HJ eService or
Burn it onto a CD and send to your printing plant.
NOTE: Your images and a new Index.txt file are added to:
Yearbook/Artwork & Images/Panel Images/[job#]_PSPA folder.
