Possible Duplicate Names
HJ Quick Panel helps you spot duplicate names in your Name List from the photographer’s CD. Two names can be possible duplicates if:
• The first four letters of the Last Names match; AND
The first letter of one First Name matches a letter in the other First Name; AND
Both students are in the same Grade.
• Possible Duplicate tag will be orange.
To generate and resolve a list of duplicates:
1. Click the Possible Duplicates heading.
2. Click OK to display the possible duplicates.
3. In the name list, click on the orange Possible Duplicate tag.
• Click Name OK if the name is not a duplicate.
• Click Delete to delete the name from the list.
• Click Cancel to do nothing.
The orange Possible Duplicate will remain in the name list.
4. When you are finished, click the Show All button 
.
5. All names will be displayed in the Name List.
